When you subscribe to the web hosting service, you are committed to :
- take responsability of the published web pages, whether those are visible or not.
- respect the current Internet legislation of your own country as well as French regulation in this field.
- not create more than one account per person and/or legal entity (except explicit derogations).
- acknowledge the website validation process and applicable sanctions as described in the Olympe documentation (french version).
- develop a website which does not contain any remark, reference, relationship, link or media preaching, expressing or advocating:
- racism, xenophobia, degradation, humiliation, rebellion, threat, denunciation, defamation, proselytism or vulgarity.
- pornography, pedophilia, torture, slavery, mistreatment of animals or humans, obscenity or having offensive content.
- illegality, hacking, spam, phishing, identity theft, counterfeiting, scam, exploiting any loopholes or even bad jokes, autosurf systems, proxies and anonymizers, theft of data or for which it is the main goal.
- criminal activities, terrorism, organized crime, or that may affect the safety, the image or the integrity of someone or any legal entity.
- systems or tricks to bypass regulations or laws applied in accordance with the nature of the target website.
- develop a finished website related to a real subject and accessible to all, that may contain a private area whose existence is justified according to the nature of the target website, and whose use and origin does not limit to a widely distributed content (except explicit derogations) (eg: games such as XNova, OGSpy, ... are not allowed).
- develop an intended-final website (no test platforms) within a reasonable amount of time in accordance with the Olympe validation process.
- not use your Olmype account for file storage (for own or public use), despite the parallel existence of a valid website.
- ensure the responsible use of the Olympe network resources, in terms of bandwidth, disk space, memory usage or computing time.
- respect and ensure respect of this charter, and keep yourself up to date regarding possible updates of it.
Each account, it's associated website(s), database(s) and all the information it may contain, independently of its actual or estimated value, going against of one or several of these rules, as well as of common sense, is punishable of an immediate suppression without prior notice.
Olympe Network retains the right to apply any appropriate measures of investigation, whichever, in order to detect non-compliant websites
